Heavy Equipment Operator – Experience Required

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to support a variety of utility projects in the Moses Lake area. Work will include digging sewer lines, trenching, and performing other site‑related tasks as needed. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with a wide range of heavy machinery and a team‑focused mindset to help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy machinery, including excavators, front‑end loaders, dozers, dump trucks, rollers, and water trucks.
Assist with coordinating on‑site construction activities while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Perform trenching, sewer line installation, electrical digging, and other utility‑related tasks.
Conduct routine maintenance and proper care of all heavy equipment.
Communicate effectively with project managers and team members to meet project goals and deadlines.

Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator in construction.
Strong understanding of excavation, trenching, and utility installation processes.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
