Inventory Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented associates to assist with a warehouse relocation project located nearby. This role involves conducting inventory counts, preparing materials for transport, and organizing stock in a new warehouse facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical inventory counts across approximately 3,200 stock items
• Label, scan, and document inventory using a PDA scanner
• Verify serial numbers, barcodes, and asset tags for accuracy
• Move inventory onto carts for transport to moving trucks
• Assist with packing, palletizing, and staging materials
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or mislabeled items; repair packaging as needed
• Organize and stock inventory in the new warehouse according to layout
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all safety procedures

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent standing, bending, and movement throughout the shift
• Comfortable climbing 10–12 ft platform ladders while maintaining three points of contact at all times

• Platform ladder
