Machine Operator – Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and monitoring machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to established procedures
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to supervisors
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
