Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a creative and driven Content Creator for a well-known construction company. This temporary role is responsible for producing engaging video, graphic, and presentation content to support marketing initiatives, enhance brand awareness, and contribute to business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning, Strategy & Marketing Support

• Collaborate with marketing and project teams to develop video concepts, storyboards, and campaigns aligned with company goals
• Create print and digital materials, including brochures, infographics, and social media content
• Research industry trends and competitor content to generate new ideas
• Develop presentations for project pursuits, client meetings, and company events
• Assist with RFQ/RFP submissions and support pursuit strategy development
• Support social media efforts alongside a third-party marketing firm
• Assist with templates, branding standards, and website updates

Production & Filming

• Capture high-quality video and photo content of construction projects, team members, and client testimonials
• Conduct interviews to create authentic and engaging stories

Post-Production & Editing

• Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software
• Add motion graphics, sound, and visual enhancements to elevate content quality
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos for social media platforms

Collaboration, Events & Project Management

• Work with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
• Maintain an organized digital asset library for photos and videos
• Coordinate and execute company events
• Assist with additional duties as needed

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in video production, including filming and editing
• Proficiency in video and photo editing software required
• Experience with PowerPoint, Prezi, or similar presentation tools
• Adobe Creative Cloud experience strongly preferred
• Construction industry experience or familiarity with related software is a plus
