Details: "The parking lot checker is responsible for ensuring accurate collection, documentation from all assigned parking operations.  This role includes auditing parking activity, verifying vehicle payment and permit status, maintaining station cleanliness, and reporting issues related to lot maintenance and compliance."

 

Responsibilities:

• "Including but not limited to ~ provide courteous, professional interactions with customers, vendors, coworkers, and management and maintain a positive and respectful demeanor."
• Check lots for valid payments/permits and issue parking violations or 'parking owed' notices when applicable.
• Patrol for theft prevention.
• Clear debris/trash from lots and stations, inspect and report hazards such as potholes or broken signage.
• Data entry on handheld electronic devices, complete incident reports and submit accurate documentation each shift

WAGE IS $17/HR!  Shifts to be determined but you must have NIGHT and WEEKEND availability. 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Driver's license, insurance, and your own vehicle
• GED or HS Diploma
• Background Check and Drug Screen will apply

**PLEASE NOTE POSITIONS WILL BE STARTING IN APPROXIMATELY 3 WEEKS
