Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with daily banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
• Accurately handle cash, checks, and other financial instruments
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
• Provide information about bank products and services
• Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking staff when necessary
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and security regulations
• Resolve customer issues or escalate concerns to management when appropriate

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience as a teller
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service or cash-handling experience
