Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor forming machinery to ensure production targets are met.

• Perform quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards.

• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and assist with machine changeovers.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with warehouse safety protocols.

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure a smooth hand-off between shifts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment (Forming experience is a plus!).

• Ability to stand for the duration of a 12-hour shift.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

• Reliability: Ability to commit to the specific "Split-Wednesday" shift schedules.

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
