Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of verifiable reach truck experience operating in a warehouse or distribution environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working at heights, moving product efficiently, and maintaining accuracy while handling inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a reach truck forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
• Safely retrieve and store pallets in high racking systems.
• Load and unload materials while maintaining product integrity.
• Pick orders accurately and prepare them for shipment.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent, verifiable reach truck experience (required).
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Ability to work at heights and operate equipment in narrow aisles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or move for extended periods.
• Reliable work history with solid attendance.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
