We are currently hiring for a Personal Injury Paralegal. This position is temp to perm with opportunity of full-time hire with full benefits. Salary $25-28/hr. depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client intake and gather case information
• Request and organize medical records, bills, and accident reports
• Draft correspondence, demand letters, and legal documents
• Maintain case files and monitor court deadlines
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
• Assist attorneys with discovery, filings, and trial preparation

 Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or relevant legal experience preferred
• Experience in personal injury or litigation a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
