Main function: Under the direction of a supervisor, performs a wide variety of tasks and operations that are required to support and execute production. This includes inspecting, verifying, cleaning, packaging, labeling, and assembling of medical device products in an ISO 7 cleanroom environment. Adherence to established environmental requirements and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) is essential.
Principle Duties / Responsibilities:
• Understand and execute basic level EPICOR ERP transactions to support job functions.
• Clean, package and ship product according to established procedures.
• Document production by completing forms, reports, logs and records of equipment and batches.
• Operate and maintain equipment by following established procedures, perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by following established environmental procedures.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping requirements, as assigned.
• Observe proper safety procedures.
• Assist in processing samples for release, in-process, or validation.
• Seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Assist in the instruction and training of new technicians.
• Update job knowledge by participating in training opportunities.
• Adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Quality Management System (QMS)
• Employees under training will have various skills demonstrated to them. Once an employee has demonstrated proficiency in a skill, they are then responsible to maintain and demonstrate those skills, as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
Experience / Core Competencies:
• Working knowledge of data entry, ERP, and job traveler execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven experience working in production environment.
• Follow and abide by safety protocol.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

• Willingness to learn and seek to improve what you do. Required/Preferred Education and Licenses
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Applied Science
