Material Handlers – Pallet Builder
Location: Fairmont, WV
Schedule: Full-Time | 4 Days On / 4 Days Off Rotation
Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Must be flexible to work any day of the week)

Are you looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with consistent hours? We are hiring Material Handlers to support pallet building operations in a manufacturing environment in Fairmont, WV.

What You’ll Do:

• Build wooden pallets using a staple gun and hand tools
• Assemble materials accurately and efficiently
• Inspect pallets for quality and durability
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and production standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to use hand tools such as staple guns
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle wood materials throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work a rotating schedule (including weekends)
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork mindset
