A high-volume manufacturing facility in Bloomingdale is seeking a skilled Deburring Operator. This role is responsible for machine setup and ensuring production readiness while maintaining high quality standards.

The Role

• Perform setup duties for deburring and tapping machines including tool alignment and adjustments

• Analyze machine or process problems and determine solutions to maintain production flow

• Execute inspection methods and make periodic quality checks to ensure standards are met

• Instruct and assist other operators in machine setup and process documentation

• Monitor processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity

• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and assist with equipment maintenance

Requirements

• 1+ years of related experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting

• Proven ability to set up machines and processes to company specifications

• Strong understanding of assembly and machine operations

• Physical ability to stand sit and use hands/fingers for an 8-hour shift

• Occasional ability to climb balance stoop or kneel as needed for machine access

• Commitment to accurate paperwork and timely documentation
