Our client in Des Moines, IA is looking for Traveling Demolition Technicians!

Position Summary:
We are seeking hardworking and reliable Traveling Demolition Technicians to join a growing restoration and demolition team. This role involves traveling to various job sites to assist with demolition, cleanup, and restoration preparation. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English), comfortable with frequent travel, and able to perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform demolition of structures, including drywall, flooring, and fixtures
• Assist with cleanup, debris removal, and site preparation
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and use proper protective equipment
• Travel to job sites as needed (may include overnight stays)
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in both English and Spanish
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Support restoration crews as needed

Qualifications:
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• Previous demolition, construction, or restoration experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Hours:
Full-time; hours vary based on project location and travel schedule

Pay:
$18.00–$25.00/hour DOE + travel per diem (if applicable)
