Salary: $20/hr
A high-volume manufacturing facility in Elk Grove Village is seeking a sharp, assertive Customer Quality Liaison for a temporary assignment.
Receive and analyze customer quality complaints and translate them into actionable technical requirements
Ensure rapid and accurate containment of nonconforming material to prevent further escapes
Maintain strong, documented communication with suppliers to ensure they are held responsible for quality failures
Prevent the buildup of Corrective Action Reports (CARs), RMAs, and chargebacks
Utilize SAP to track quality issues and document the entire resolution process
Coordinate with quality and engineering teams to find root causes and permanent solutions
1–5 years of experience in a Customer Quality or Technical Support role
Proficiency in SAP and a strong understanding of quality problem-solving methodologies
Ability to push back on suppliers and communicate clearly with high-level customers
Ability to work independently with a very short ramp-up time
Background in quality assurance or manufacturing preferred
Take full ownership of the quality resolution process
Work in a fast-paced facility with on-site leadership
This is a temporary role designed for someone who can hit the ground running
