A high-volume manufacturing facility in Elk Grove Village is seeking a sharp, assertive Customer Quality Liaison for a temporary assignment. 

The Role

  • Receive and analyze customer quality complaints and translate them into actionable technical requirements

  • Ensure rapid and accurate containment of nonconforming material to prevent further escapes

  • Maintain strong, documented communication with suppliers to ensure they are held responsible for quality failures

  • Prevent the buildup of Corrective Action Reports (CARs), RMAs, and chargebacks

  • Utilize SAP to track quality issues and document the entire resolution process

  • Coordinate with quality and engineering teams to find root causes and permanent solutions

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in a Customer Quality or Technical Support role

  • Proficiency in SAP and a strong understanding of quality problem-solving methodologies

  • Ability to push back on suppliers and communicate clearly with high-level customers

  • Ability to work independently with a very short ramp-up time

  • Background in quality assurance or manufacturing preferred
