Salary: $20/hr
A fast-paced distribution center in Hanover Park is looking for a dependable Warehouse Specialist to join their team.
Load and unload freight while verifying Bill of Lading (BOL) information
Inspect and verify inbound and outbound products for quality and accuracy
Pick, package, stack, and wrap materials for safe and timely shipment
Sort packages by location and palletize products to prepare for transport
Document product movement and assist with inventory and order fulfillment
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment
Use standard warehouse equipment and assist with general maintenance
1+ years of warehouse experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently and stand/walk for an 8-hour shift
Reliable and dependable with a strong commitment to attendance
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and basic computer skills
Knowledge of FedEx/UPS shipping procedures is a strong plus
Experience with a sit-down forklift is a plus (certification training may be provided)
High school diploma or GED preferred
