The Role

• Perform component-level troubleshooting and reading of schematics

• Assemble, install, and remove microelectronic devices, intricate wiring, and small parts

• Use hand tools and operate test equipment including network analyzers, signal generators, and DVMs

• Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to resolve soldering issues and ensure high standards

• Perform daily maintenance on soldering irons, hot air stations, tweezers, and other tools

• Use browser-based software for basic data entry and tracking in English

Requirements

• Previous experience in soldering and component-level repair

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for working with tiny components

• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents

• Previous RF experience is a strong plus

• Mechanically inclined with a meticulous attention to detail

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
