Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on various matters
• Prepare, review, and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Represent clients in court, hearings, and negotiations
• Conduct legal research and stay up to date on laws and regulations
• Manage case files and ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in [State]
