Forklift Driver

Express Employment Professionals Athens, TX is seeking applicants for a Forklift Driver position! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in Athens, TX that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Operate forklifts to transport brick products and materials throughout the facility
• Load, unload, and stage materials as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory of materials and supplies
• Coordinate work activities with other forklift drivers and team members
• Perform general cleanup of work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Prolonged sitting while operating equipment
• Frequent bending, twisting, and lifting
• Ability to climb on and off equipment
• Heavy lifting required
• Minimum of 1 year forklift experience required
• Ability to safely operate gas, diesel, or propane forklifts
• Strong communication skills with team and other drivers
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• High school diploma or GED preferred
