Job Title: 1st Shift Production Worker (Evaluation-to-Hire)

Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload 50 lb. ingredient bags into mixing vats
• Package and palletize finished products for shipment
• Collect retention samples and perform quality checks
• Conduct bag weight verifications and metal detector inspections
• Pull, stage, stretch-wrap, and prepare orders for shipment
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks using a sit-down forklift
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Maintain housekeeping, sanitation, and GMP standards

Qualifications:

• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs. throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
• Ability to accurately document production and quality information
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards

Equipment Used:

• Sit-down forklift
• Conveyor systems
• Heat sealers
• Lot coding equipment
• Metal detector systems
• Bag filling machines

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent lifting of 50 lb. bags throughout the shift
• Repetitive bending, twisting, lifting, and standing
• Ability to work in a physically active production environment

Work Environment:

• Clean warehouse with comfortable temperatures
• Production area may occasionally be dusty or cloudy due to dry ingredients being emptied into mixing vats
• Team-oriented environment with a strong focus on safety and quality
