We’re looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our small, friendly team! This is a role focused on delivering excellent customer support and keeping communication clear, timely, and accurate. If you’re dependable, kind, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to meet you.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails.
Enter work orders and warranty claims accurately.
Provide updates to customers regarding orders and service status.
Maintain a shared inbox and ensure all messages are addressed by end of day.
Track daily activity and follow up on open or missed calls.
Collaborate with the Customer Service Lead and team to ensure smooth operations.
At least 2 years of customer service experience (office or call center preferred).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Friendly, coachable, and eager to learn new systems.
Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
