Customer Service Associate

Location: Monroe, NC

Pay: $24/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our small, friendly team! This is a role focused on delivering excellent customer support and keeping communication clear, timely, and accurate. If you’re dependable, kind, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to meet you.


What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails.

  • Enter work orders and warranty claims accurately.

  • Provide updates to customers regarding orders and service status.

  • Maintain a shared inbox and ensure all messages are addressed by end of day.

  • Track daily activity and follow up on open or missed calls.

  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Lead and team to ensure smooth operations.


What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience (office or call center preferred).

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.

  • Friendly, coachable, and eager to learn new systems.

  • Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
