Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Monitoring Associate to support compliance and quality assurance efforts. This role involves conducting reviews, documenting findings, and ensuring adherence to policies, contracts, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct file reviews and onsite monitoring visits
- Prepare clear and accurate monitoring reports
- Identify issues and recommend corrective actions
- Guide compliance requirements
- Participate in peer reviews and quality improvement efforts
- Report suspected fraud or misuse of resources
- Follow the required procedures for reporting abuse or safety concerns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in compliance, auditing, or monitoring is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Work Environment:
- Office and field-based work
- Travel may be required
