Job Summary:
We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor Associates to join our team at a busy lumber yard. This role involves hands-on outdoor work supporting daily operations, including treating and maintaining lumber materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spray wood materials with bleach solutions to clean and treat surfaces
• Operate pressure washers to clean lumber as needed
• Move, stack, and organize wood products throughout the yard
• Assist with general labor tasks to support yard operations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Previous general labor or outdoor work experience preferred, but not required

Work Environment:

• Outdoor lumber yard setting
• Exposure to weather elements and industrial equipment
• Fast-paced, physically active role
