Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at our dry cleaning facility. This role combines administrative duties with light customer service, helping ensure smooth front-office operations and excellent client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with order intake and pickup
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Enter and track customer orders in the system
• Maintain accurate records of garments and transactions
• Process payments and handle basic cash register functions
• Assist with scheduling pickups/deliveries (if applicable)
• Organize paperwork, receipts, and daily logs
• Support staff with general administrative and clerical tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn POS/order systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail, especially when handling customer items
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced dry cleaning/front counter setting
• Frequent interaction with customers
• Standing for extended periods may be required
