We are seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welder with experience working on stainless steel for an air conditioning/HVAC company. This role involves fabricating and welding components used in HVAC systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel components
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair HVAC-related metal parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards
• Inspect finished work for accuracy and durability
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of MIG/TIG welding experience
• Proven experience welding stainless steel
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Must be eligible to work and able to start immediately

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in HVAC or sheet metal fabrication
• Welding certifications are a plus
