Responsibilities

  • Perform account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy
  • Assist in preparing financial and compliance reports
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Collaborate with senior accounting staff on daily operations
  • Assist with other general accounting duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field OR equivalent experience
  • 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Work Environment

  • On-site position in Springfield, IL
  • Collaborative and team-oriented accounting department
