Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Showroom Sales Associate for a local Omaha client!

Position Details:

Type: Evaluation Hire

Schedule: Retail schedule; Saturday availability required with one weekday off

Location: Omaha, NE

Pay/Salary: Up to 21/hr + commission after 90 days

Job Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner

• Assist customers with product selection and education

• Promote current sales, promotions, and bundled offerings

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

• Maintain a clean, organized, and showroom-ready sales floor

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

• Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Requirements:

• Previous retail or commission-based sales experience preferred

• Strong communication and people skills

• Computer and data-entry skills; Microsoft and CRM experience preferred

• Ability to work Saturdays with one weekday off

• Motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
