Location: Robertsdale, AL  
Pay: $15/hour starting ($16/hour once permanent)
Schedule:

·       Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Half-day on Friday.

·       40 – 45 hours per week

 

About the Role:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking motivated team members to join our client’s pallet production team! This role covers multiple departments including Pre-Cut, Custom Build, Assembly, and Machine Operations, providing hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Expectations:

• Ability to work in a hot environment in PPE. (Steel toed boots are required. Other PPE provided by company.)
• Participate across multiple production areas, learning different aspects of pallet manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently in the Machine Operators department.
• Cut, assemble, and build pallets according to specifications in Pre-Cut and Custom Build areas.
• Support assembly lines and assist team members as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
• Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve processes and production quality.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math skills.
• Reliable and able to work scheduled hours, including overtime if needed.
• Comfortable with physical work in a hot environment.
• Willingness to learn multiple roles within pallet production.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
