Key Responsibilities

• Support providers and nursing staff in a high-volume pediatric clinic
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining efficient patient flow and workflow
• Communicate effectively with providers, nurses, and patients to ensure quality care
• Provide a professional, friendly, and patient-focused experience
• Maintain organization and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment

Requirements

• Medical Assistant diploma required
• Minimum 6 months of Medical Assistant experience
• Current hands-on BLS certification
• Ability to manage high patient volume and multitask effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, punctual, and able to build rapport with patients
• Current TB test
