About the Role

As a Recruiter, you’ll manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to placement. You’ll spend your day connecting with candidates, building relationships, supporting clients, and helping people find meaningful work. This position blends sourcing, interviewing, sales, and administrative responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and staying busy.

What You’ll Do

Identify and source qualified applicants through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and job fit Build strong relationships with candidates and clients Promote job opportunities and match candidates to open roles Manage a high volume of phone calls, messages, and follow‑ups Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records Support sales efforts by understanding client needs and presenting strong talent Handle administrative tasks related to onboarding, compliance, and scheduling
