We are seeking hardworking Construction Laborers to perform heavy-duty cleanup and general labor on active construction sites. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and debris-free work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform heavy construction cleanup, including removal of concrete, wood, metal, and other debris
• Demolition support: tear out drywall, flooring, fixtures, and other materials
• Load, unload, and transport heavy materials, equipment, and waste
• Operate hand tools and basic power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills, etc.)
• Set up and break down job site equipment, barricades, and temporary structures
• Remove hazardous materials following proper safety procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs consistently and perform strenuous physical labor
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks
• Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Previous construction, demolition, or heavy labor experience required
• Experience operating equipment (skid steer, forklifts, etc.)

Work Environment

• Active construction and demolition sites
• Exposure to dust, debris, loud noise, and heavy machinery
• Requires frequent lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for long periods
