Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services to ensure a high standard of hospitality. The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping or industrial cleaning, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Assist in the upkeep of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Follow established cleaning protocols to meet health and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional service to guests while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Laundry Attendants:
• Wash, dry, and fold linens and towels
• Operate commercial washers and dryers
• Sort and inspect laundry for quality

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent hospitality services.
