A manufacturing company equipped with advanced machinery and innovative technology, specializing in the formulation and production of a wide range of skincare products, including creams, lotions, serums, and masks is seeking a Fulfillment Lead to join their team in Chatsworth.
Summary: The Fulfillment Lead is responsible for overseeing daily fulfillment operations within a state-of-the-art FDA OTC-licensed manufacturing facility. This role ensures the accurate, efficient, and compliant processing of orders while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will lead by example, driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment that produces a diverse range of skincare products.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of ecommerce product flow: Order processing and sharing the duties of receiving, picking, packing and shipping of product and orders.
- Communicate with customer support team and assist in requests related to cancelations, order substitution and holds.
- Maintain a complete understanding of current software systems used to pick, pack and ship our ecommerce orders.
- Process customer orders from WH inventory in a timely manner following quality standards, with a high fulfillment percent and sense of urgency when needed.
- Coordinate the shipping of customer's orders following quality, packing and shipping standards.
- Process and assign daily workload to fulfillment stations.
- Work closely with team Supervisor and other Leads to maintain an organized work environment.
- Meet and/or exceed shipping and delivery expectations.
- Supply inventory, and assist with discrepancies and correction when needed.
- Ensure shipping materials/warehouse supplies are stocked and available.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill and prioritize special events needing inventory.
- Support and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume e-commerce fulfillment role.
- Must possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently and efficiently and in a team environment.
- Able to manage time effectively to optimize productivity.
- Stellar work ethic and attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Computer skills with experience utilizing Shipstation, Shopify, and TikTok platforms is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to support team operations, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
