Production Associate – Food Manufacturing

Location: Mesa, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Overtime as needed)

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM ($18.00/hr)
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM ($18.75/hr)
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM ($19.00/hr)

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Associates to join a growing food manufacturing team. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment producing high-quality food products while following strict safety and hygiene standards. Ideal candidates take pride in their work, are team-oriented, and are comfortable in a hands-on production setting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the production and packaging of food products
Handle raw materials, including meat products and bones
Operate basic production equipment and follow work instructions
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all food safety (GMP) and sanitation guidelines
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Meet daily production goals and efficiency standards

Work Environment

Food manufacturing facility with exposure to raw meat, strong smells, and varying temperatures
Fast-paced, physically active environment
Requires standing for long periods and repetitive movement

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks ???? the shift
Comfortable working in a physically demanding role

Requirements

Willingness to work overtime as needed
Strong attendance and reliability
Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but English is not required
