We are working with a family owned business hiring for a Trailer Pump Operator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate trailer-mounted concrete pumps safely and efficiently to deliver concrete to job sites
• Perform daily maintenance and upkeep to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot issues during operation
• Use mechanical skills to maintain and assist with equipment repairs
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and successful project completion
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of machinery
• Physical stamina and ability to perform demanding labor
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including extended hours for large pours
• Willingness to learn and complete on-the-job training
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Clean driving record
