We are working with a family owned business hiring for a reliable, motivated CDL Driver/Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate trailer-mounted concrete pumps, assist with equipment maintenance and work closely with job-site crews to ensure efficient and safe concrete placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate trailer-mounted concrete pumps safely and efficiently at construction job sites
• Perform daily inspections, routine maintenance and basic mechanical support on equipment
• Troubleshoot and report equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Work closely with team members, supervisors and site personnel to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion
• Follow all safety standards, industry regulations and job-site requirements
• Maintain flexibility with scheduling, including extended hours for large pours or major projects

Required Qualifications:

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a current CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)
• Clean driving record
• Mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of machinery
• Physical stamina and ability to perform demanding work
• Strong work ethic, reliability and self-motivation
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team
• Reliable transportation

Schedule: Monday-Friday, full time

Pay Rate: $24-$30/hour, depending on experience
