Job Summary:

Express Employment Professionals is seeking hardworking and reliable Landscape Technicians for a growing company in Daphne, AL. This role involves maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through landscaping, lawn care, and general grounds maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Plant, mulch, and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees
• Assist with landscape installations (sod, plants, hardscaping elements)
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness of job sites and equipment
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Work with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, humidity, and varying weather conditions• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment is a plus

Physical & Work Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 50+ lbs regularly
• Work in outdoor environments including heat, sun, and occasional rain
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the day

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
