We’re working with a custom fabrication shop looking to add an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to their team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for setting up, programming, and running parts independently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Set up and operate CNC press brake machines (Trumpf & Cincinnati)
- Read and interpret blueprints for formed parts
- Select and set up tooling based on part requirements
- Program parts directly at the machine, including setting parameters such as bend angles, material thickness, and dimensions
- Run parts from start to finish, ensuring quality and accuracy
What They’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of CNC press brake experience
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Ability to take a print and independently set up tooling and program the machine to produce the part
- Understanding of forming operations and how material behaves during bending
- Experience with Trumpf and/or Cincinnati machines is strongly preferred
Schedule, Compensation, & Benefits:
- Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 4:30pm
- 50 to 55 hours per week, with frequent Saturday overtime
- $25 to $28 per hour based on experience and qualifications
