We’re working with a custom fabrication shop looking to add an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to their team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for setting up, programming, and running parts independently.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machines (Trumpf & Cincinnati)
• Read and interpret blueprints for formed parts
• Select and set up tooling based on part requirements
• Program parts directly at the machine, including setting parameters such as bend angles, material thickness, and dimensions
• Run parts from start to finish, ensuring quality and accuracy

What They’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of CNC press brake experience
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Ability to take a print and independently set up tooling and program the machine to produce the part
• Understanding of forming operations and how material behaves during bending
• Experience with Trumpf and/or Cincinnati machines is strongly preferred

Schedule, Compensation, & Benefits:

• Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 4:30pm
• 50 to 55 hours per week, with frequent Saturday overtime
• $25 to $28 per hour based on experience and qualifications
