We're Hiring : Construction Superintendent 

Express Employment Professionals Winnipeg is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for one of our top clients in the construction industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader to oversee high-quality residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Manage subcontractors, trades, and on-site personnel
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and compliance with building codes
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and provide daily reports to management
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies
• Handle out-of-town assignments as required

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Experience managing both residential and commercial projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Willingness to trave for out-of-town projects
• Relevant post-secondary education in construction management or related field preferred.
