We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and specifications
• Coordinate with other kitchen team members to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to standards
• Assist in cleaning and organizing the kitchen at the end of the shift

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Grill Cook or similar role
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize
• Flexible schedule, including evening, Friday and Saturday
