Job Summary:

We are currently seeking skilled and motivated CNC Machinists to join our team on all shifts. Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or other equipment)
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Previous CNC machining experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) and overtime as needed
