Schedule varies from week to week. Must have reliable transportation and flexibility within their week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for move in
• Deep cleaning apartments: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms & windows
• Performing other related duties as required

EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING

• One (1) year custodial/cleaning experience

Essential Physical Abilities

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Sufficient body flexibility and balance to perform cleaning and maintenance operations which require repeated bending and stooping motions.
