Express Employment Professionals of Windsor is hiring multiple technician assistants to help open and maintain swimming pools across Connecticut! As an assistant, you will work with and follow the directions of the technicians on a daily basis. This position may require you to lift upwards of 50 lbs, bend, crouch, or squat regularly to perform the job. You must be able to pull or push heavy, wet material while maintaining a professional attitude and presence at all times.

Location: Start daily in South Windsor, CT.

Pay: Starting at $19/hr

Shift: 1st shift Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, OT is a possibility.

Responsibilities:

• Removing pool covers of various sizes
• Adding chemicals to water for treatments
• Storing covers and other pool products properly on the customer's property to avoid damage
• Overall labor activities that the technician directs
• Maintaining a friendly and professional attitude throughout the entire process

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of consistent, relevant work history (outdoor or labor jobs)
• Ability to stand in the sun and heat for extended periods of time
• Ability to work as a team to perform the job efficiently
