The Role

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive new business.

Your job is simple:
👉 Start conversations and set appointments

You’ll be:

• calling local companies
• reaching out via email and LinkedIn
• identifying hiring needs
• booking meetings for our sales team

No closing. No long sales cycles.
Just creating opportunities.

What Success Looks Like

• 70–90 calls per day
• 2+ meetings booked daily
• Consistent pipeline creation

Compensation

• $17/hour base
• $50 per meeting that shows
• +$100 per qualified meeting
• $100 per closed client
• Weekly performance bonuses

Top performers can earn $4,000–6000+/month WORKING 20 HOURS A WEEK!
