Salary: $21-$26/hr DOE

A growing, high-tech manufacturing facility in Schaumburg is seeking an experienced Amada Press Brake Operator to join their team on 2nd shift.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00pm–2:30am
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Amada press brake machines (RG, HRB, HG models)
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
• Select and install proper tooling, dies, and fixtures
• Perform first piece inspections and in-process quality checks
• Make machine adjustments and offsets to maintain quality production
• Complete production documentation including quantities and setup times
• Identify equipment issues and report maintenance needs

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of Amada press brake experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
• Experience with Amada CNC controls strongly preferred
• Knowledge of metal types, material thickness, and bend allowances
• Experience using measuring tools such as: Calipers, Micrometers, Height gauges
• Strong math and mechanical aptitude
