 Recruiting & Talent Placement

• Interview candidates and match them with the right opportunities
• Build a strong pipeline of talent and move quickly to fill roles
• Stay proactive—great candidates don’t wait

Business Development (Sales)

• Make outbound calls to local businesses
• Build new client relationships and uncover hiring needs
• Present solutions confidently and close opportunities

 Client & Team Support

• Deliver a high level of customer service to clients and associates
• Jump in wherever needed to support the team and office
• Keep things moving—this is a fast-paced environment
