Overview

Now hiring a Retail Team Lead for a local company in the Farmington, MO area.

• Team Leadership: Coaching, training, and motivating employees to meet sales goals.
• Assisting store management with scheduling, inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Greeting customers, providing assistance, resolving complaints, and offering product recommendations.
• Operating point-of-sale (POS) systems, processing cash/card payments, and handling returns.
• Stocking shelves, organizing displays, cleaning, and tracking inventory levels.
• Opening/closing duties, cleaning the store, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Strong verbal communication and a friendly, engaging attitude.

Pay: $18/hr

Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm.
