Job Summary:

We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support the financial operations of a respected local organization in Winona, MN. This full-time position offers a great opportunity to build on your accounting experience while working in a supportive, professional environment.

 

In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely processing of payments, maintain financial records, and support the credit department with essential administrative tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing vendor invoices and payments.

• Verifying the accuracy of payment documentation.

• Reconciling account balances and resolving discrepancies.

• Assisting with resale and exemption certificate verification.

• Maintain organized records and uphold a high level of confidentiality and accuracy.

• Work within ERP systems and imaging software to process, track, and organize financial documents.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-year accounting degree or a minimum of 3+ years of related work experience.

• ERP and imaging software experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and high-level data entry accuracy.

• Solid organizational and communication skills.

• Comfortable using office software and equipment.
