We are seeking a dedicated Packaging Line Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging machinery to ensure efficient, accurate, and high-quality packaging of products in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and process improvement.

Job Description:

• Station 1 - Packing bottles on an assembly filling line.
• Station 2 – Checking the bottles to make sure they are filled correctly.
• Station 3 – Packing bottles into boxes.
• Station 4 – Making the boxes.
• Station 5 - Seal cartons / boxes
• Station 6 - Stack cartons on skids (lifting up to 50lbs)
• Clean and sanitize workstation (daily basis)

Company Expectations:

You will receive training on the job for the role you are doing. This includes:

• Training during the first week
• Training on how to understand their production schedule.
• Training on how to replace label rolls, basic machine setups, regular and custom production runs.
