Forklift Operator

Located in Burlington, ON

Salary: $20.00-$21.00

We are seeking multiple Reach and counterbalance operators to join our clients warehouse team. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to streamlined shipping, receiving, and storage operations while maintaining high safety standards and operational efficiency.

** This role requires externally certified candidates only**

**Minimum 2 year  experience - with a professional reference **

** Must live in Burlington, Oakville or Mississauga**

Shift timing: 6:00am -3:30pm 

Duties

• Moving items throughout the warehouse using the reach forklift
• Using an RF scanner to receive materials and process shipments
• Collecting cartons of products to be packaged and sorted
• Carrying boxes of products weighing up to 50 lbs, wrapping skids, processing shipping paperwork
• Working in a fast-paced environment, operating reach truck
• Cleaning the warehouse
• Lifting 50lbs on a regular basis

Requirements

• Proven experience operating Raymond reach trucks in a warehouse or distribution setting
• Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes including order picking, shipping & receiving, and materials handling
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and inventory control software
• Prior experience in warehouse supervision or team leadership is a plus
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently over extended periods
• Construction or industrial experience is advantageous but not mandatory
• Valid certification for forklift operation required
