Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and hardworking Sandblaster/General Laborer team member to join our team in Logan, Utah. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role in an industrial shop environment where teamwork and reliability are essential. We’re looking for individuals who want more than just a job—people who are ready to grow, learn, and build a long-term career with us. Experience is not required; we’re willing to train the right person with the right attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package finished parts for shipment
• Sandblast parts to prepare surfaces for coating
• Mask parts to protect critical areas during the coating process
• Assist with forklift operations to move materials and finished products
• Move parts through various stages of production
• Support general shop needs as they arise

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Industrial, fast-paced shop setting
• Physically active, hands-on work throughout the day
• 4-day workweek (4x10s) with early morning start times
• Flexible but accountable team culture
• Strict no-drug policy
